You are required to report to class room at 9.30 AM sharp on the given date for registration. If you report late you may loose your seat and no refund will be given.

Entry Standard:
Proficiency in Survival Craft 1978 course. All trainees must certified by a DGS approved doctor, to be in good health.

• CDC and Passport (Original + Xerox)
• Indos No.
• Medical Certificate from DGS approved Doctor.(Original + Xerox)
• PSC'78 certificate (Original + Xerox)
• STCW'95 certificate (Original + Xerox)
